This Privacy Policy governs the processing of information collected by Samm Games, an interactive gaming division of Samm X Limited ("we", "us", or "our"), across our games, mobile applications, web platforms, and associated services.

This policy is designed to comply with global data protection standards, including the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement and User Data Policy, the Microsoft Store App Developer Agreement, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/UK GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

We adhere to the principle of data minimization. We only collect the minimal technical and gameplay information necessary to deliver stable, high-performance gaming experiences.

Depending on whether you play our games on Android (Google Play), Windows (Microsoft Store), or through our WebGL web browser portal, the following permissions may be requested:

• Network Access (INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): Required to stream WebGL game assets, sync leaderboard records, authenticate Google Play Games accounts, and deliver game configuration updates.
• Motion Sensors & Accelerometer (Rollerball): The mobile release of Rollerball utilizes your device's built-in tilt/gyro sensors in real time to steer the ball across floating obstacle tracks. Sensor data is processed strictly in volatile memory on-device and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted to any server.
• Vibration / Haptic Feedback (VIBRATE): Enhances tactile immersion during impacts, explosions, or collectible pickups in mobile releases.

We process collected data under legitimate business interests and user consent for the following strictly defined purposes:

• Delivering Core Gameplay: Initializing WebGL canvasses, executing game loop logic, rendering physics, and storing your progress.
• Game Stability & Compatibility: Detecting hardware bottlenecks, resolving frame rate stutter, diagnosing memory leaks, and releasing bug fixes.
• Player Support: Investigating reported issues, answering gameplay questions, and fulfilling data subject deletion requests submitted to support@games.sammx.com.
• Store Compliance: Fulfilling our contractual developer requirements with Google Play, Microsoft Store, and modern web security policies (Cross-Origin isolation, HTTPS encryption).

Our games may interface with trusted third-party SDKs and platform partners for game engine distribution, cloud saves, and crash reporting. Each third party processes information in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

Opting Out of Personalized Advertising: Players can reset or opt out of personalized ad tracking anytime in their device settings (On Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID; On Windows: Settings → Privacy & security → General).

Protecting the safety and privacy of young players is of paramount importance to Samm Games.

If we become aware that personal information has been inadvertently collected from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such data from our records.

Parents or guardians who believe their child may have provided personal data are encouraged to contact us immediately at support@games.sammx.com with the subject line "Child Data Inquiry" for swift verification and permanent removal.

Retention: Local game save data remains on your client device until you clear your browser cache, uninstall the application, or reset app data. Support correspondence received at support@games.sammx.com is retained only as long as necessary to address your request, after which it is archived or securely purged within 90 days.

Security: All network traffic on games.sammx.com is enforced via industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS) with rigorous security headers (X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff, Cross-Origin-Opener-Policy, and Cross-Origin-Embedder-Policy) to protect players from cross-site scripting, framing attacks, and unauthorized data leakage.

In accordance with Google Play's User Data and Account/Data Deletion Requirements, players have the unequivocal right to request the inspection, correction, or complete deletion of any personal data associated with their interaction with our games.

Self-Service Local Data Removal: Because game progress is stored locally on your device or in your browser, you can instantly erase your local data at any time:

• On Web (WebGL): Clear browsing data and site storage for games.sammx.com in your browser settings.
• On Android: Open Settings → Apps → Zombie Rush (or Rollerball) → Storage → Clear Data & Clear Cache.
• On Windows: Open Settings → Apps → Installed Apps → Samm Games → Advanced Options → Reset.

European Economic Area & UK Residents (GDPR):

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccuracies, request erasure, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability. Our legal basis for processing data includes legitimate interests in operating secure games and contract performance for delivering services you request.

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA):

California law grants residents specific rights regarding their personal information. We do not sell personal information, nor do we share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to know what personal data is collected, request its deletion, and not face discriminatory treatment for exercising your privacy rights.
